Chapter: Comic
A neighbor’s cat got stuck up in a tall oak tree next to my house. I got out a ladder and climbed up to the top but the cat was still very far out of reach. It finally came down by itself when one of the kids brought out a box of the cat’s food and shook it. Hunger overcame fear.
Today’s Biff starts it out right.

I don’t think cats really get stuck in trees… I mean, have you ever seen a cat skeleton in a tree?
Squirrels are very tidy.
I always wondered what the cat in the tree was afraid of? Was it something on the ground that drove it up there and was still waiting for it come down or did it climb up there and suddenly realize how high it had climbed and froze?
It’s a whirly-beagle!
So, that’s why he draws them without visible necks!
can’t help mentioning, since I read ‘hunger overcame fear’. My cats love tuna water (the wter you drain from the tuna can), but fear of being in the same room as my 14month old trumped the desire for tuna water for 1 of my cats. I even put it on the stairs where the kiddo couldn’t go and the cat was too scared. Her loss, I guess 🙂

The domesticated house cat, Felis catus, like most species of cat, is unable to climb down a tree head first. If they want to climb down, they have to do so backwards, without knowing what is below them, as they have trouble looking behind them while their claws are locked into the trunk of a tree. This is a little frightening for cats.
Godard? Where’s Jimmy?
How does he deal with torque? Or is each ear a counterrotating blade like a Chinook? That would be pretty cool.
that’s awesome, i want that
