    I might actually give up my traditional analogue watch (that people have been making fun of me for wearing ever since cell phones were the vogue) for one that does this.
    I want to eat the whole dozen doughnuts today, how far do I have to run to balance this out?

      About 25 km: 190 cal per Krispy Kreme Original Glazed donut, and about 90 cal/km at a moderate 6:00/km pace. And at that pace, 25 km would take you 2½ hrs. I mean, I love donuts too, but it hardly seems worth the effort by that math.

    I think that’s sensible. In the end this will be more muscle mass nevertheless.

    A single Kripy Kreme original glazed donut is 190 calories. A dozen of them would be 2280 calories.

    If you eat that every day you could be at around 250+ pounds as long as you don’t eat anything else or drink any beverages with calories.
