When I was little I thought the easter bunny laid the eggs! How childish! He just takes them by force. So many families go hungry in early April as the local egg supply dries up. Tragic.

I was raised thinking that the easter bunny pooped black licorice jelly beans since there would be trails of them guiding us to our baskets on easter mornings.
Did you eat them?
And that’s why we turn them into chocolate and eat them. Right?
I actually thought if it slightly logically. I thought the Easter bunny was half bird half rabbit hence why it could lay eggs. 🙂
