Chapter: Comic
I had a ceramic Garfield piggy bank when I was a kid. The kind with no hole on the bottom so you would have to eventually smash it to get the money out. This inspired me to save a lot of money until I realized if I put a butter knife in the slot and shook it upside down the coins would fall back out. Then it just became an inconvenient change bowl.

i got one of those coin jars that counts your money as you put it in for christmas. the only problem is that it’s very hit or miss whether or not it actually counts it or not. most times, it won’t register that you put anything in it at all, and the total it gives is therefore inaccurate.
The best part of the piggy bank is frying it up after you smash it.
I see that everything turned out bad for both sides.
I had a Snoopy bank when I was kid. I had that money in there for 20 years. I guess I should have put it in the bank instead. Like my 6 year old self would have known that.
With compound interest?!
You’d be a multi-somethingaire by now!
I like how the doll is preparing his karate chop in the second panel! Kee-ya! You lose, piggy bank!
