I like the variations in homemade cookies. Sometimes they are average, sometimes they are a little burned and sometimes they are magical. Store bought cookies tend to fall into the predictable category. Homemade is just more adventurous.
Is technology going to keep advancing forever? Will parents always be able to tell stories of “back in my day” that are hilarious to their children? I guess barring a zombie apocalypse there will always be something.
I think it took me 20 years to finally remember which one is a “nut” and which one is a “bolt”. I guess it never really mattered because I was always using them together. They both had the same shape and could be turned with the same tool. Anyhow, one day I suddenly realized that I had always known what a “wing nut” was and therefore could now remember which one is a “nut” and which one is a “bolt”.
