I sometimes cringe when I’m reading the directions for something and see the phrase “For external use only.” I don’t want to know what sort of hospital trip resulted in the lawyers requiring that added on.

my sister is a pharmacist and she says it’s because people use stuff that’s even vaguely like lotion as lube
Well, Vaporub is for external use only, but apparently some people have their kids eat a glob of it.
