But batgirl is a comic. Dad is sending James out to _actually_ fight crime. It’s one thing to tell your kids you believe in them, but it’s a whole other level to *prove* it.
These parent comic strips are my honest to god favourite Maximumbles. I hope your children know, honestly, how lucky they are to have you Chris, because these comics all show such an incredible love and acceptance that your children surely cannot help but be incredible people too. I salute you good sir.
Honestly, I would buy the comic itself just printed on a shirt.
You could also have the boy in the Batgirl costume next to his sister dressed as Batman, identified by a ponytail or something else unobtrusively but distinctly gendering. Maybe tack a slogan on it like “sensible shoes are for crimefighting” or “Batgirl has style” or something like that. I’d be all over that shirt.
Either way, this is my favorite comic you’ve done so far. It even beats out the Book of Biff with the fridge having wheels.
I think my favorite so far 🙂
Whoo! Go dad!
“No way my son is going outside in a pink skirt!”
Also: “…your sister’s boots.” This comic has it all.
Now, now. I wouldn’t blame the child for impractical footwear. How often have we seen Batgirl made to fight in high heels?

This one is so awesome. O_O

Bought the print, can I get this on a T-shirt? I NEED DIS!
Thanks! Dunno how to adapt it for a shirt though!
