Chapter: Comic
When I was a kid, eating an ice cream cone was part enjoyment and part race against time. I had to really focus to keep those drips from covering my hand. Any distraction could lead to disaster!

I hate how much ice cream I have to clean up at work on hot days. One time there was a kid who was only working one half of his cone and slowly licking away the ice cream’s stability. “Turn your ice cream around, so it doesn’t fall, sweetie,” I said with a smile. The kid just stared blankly at me. The parent laughed and took the cone instead, throwing it away before it became a huge mess for me to take care of.
What’s the deal with the napkins? There’s some places that give you those flimsy paper napkins that really don’t do much but fall apart as soon as a drop of melted ice cream touches them, and you end up with a glob of sticky wet pulp after you speed eat your cone.
You never get a brain freeze when you need it.
