The best part about this is that it actually happens.
That, and conversations like these:
“I know I’m a boy, but I kinda want to marry that other boy. Can I do that?”
“No you can’t, you’re only seven years old!”
-quoted from children who couldn’t possibly imagine any other reason why he couldn’t marry that boy.
I love panel 4, it’s like you can see the gears spinning in his head while he comes up with something for panel 5.
I mean, not that your kid actually has gears in his head… and not that there’s anything wrong with it if he does…

I like the open-ness about all the gay thing here. And the innocence and simplicity with which it is portrayed thru a child’s eyes…
…Which only means he’s gonna hit the wall with his face, when he grows up and faces reality. Humanity is not that tolerant, unfortunately…
It’s through our efforts to become so, that our children grow up and are so.
I teared up a little at this. This kid is getting the right kind of upbringing. From this standpoint at least.
I think my heart just melted.

That's all.
