I remember my mom telling me “The mommy and daddy kiss and he has a little squirt gun that shoots into her body.” I imagined a green plastic squirt gun in the back of his throat that squirted into her mouth and then went down to her belly where it grew into a baby. a few months ago I went to take dog outside for a walk at night and was surprised to find my neighbor standing in my driveway. It turns out she got an e-mail telling her to go outside that night because Mars was going to be so close to the earth it would appear to be larger than the moon. She was a little disappointed when I explained to her that the e-mail was a joke and that the Earth would certainly be destroyed if Mars suddenly came hurtling towards us like that. She just wanted to see cool giant planets in the sky.
