Chapter: Comic
I’ve had my share of horrible jobs but being a sword plunger has got to be soul crushing work. All that heavy lifting and thrusting has got to be murder on your upper back. I’m sure it doesn’t pay enough to afford a regular massage so you just gotta make do with ice packs and pain killers. Then there’s all the maintenance on your sword collection. Keeping them sharp and straight and getting the blood out of the little decorative details in the hilt. Gotta remember to save those old toothbrushes when the dental hygienist gives you a new one.

Yeah, but think of the job security — no one’s out to take your position!
Actually, you CAN die of a headache, but it’s easier to die from swords in your chest.
OUCH! (Seriously, I know pain.)
What pain? A killing headache, or swords in your chest (hey, I just have to ask)?
Usually, it has to be a lot of PAIN to trigger a headache or fever. In some cases, you can actually die from it.
It’s a webcomic, I doubt it obeys all the laws of reality. Like necks.
This is my favorite Maximumble yet!
Yeah, things you can die of that a headache can be a side-effect of:
Strokes
Cancer
Brain damage
Heat headaches can kill. The part of the brain that regulates brain and body temperature reacts to heat headaches almost exactly the same way as it reacts to cold headaches. The main difference between a heat headache and a cold headache is that while most cold headaches come from accidentally making contact with the hypothalamus through the roof of your mouth while eating something cold like ice-cream or a Slurpee and is only temporary, heat headaches come from your brain genuinely overheating and if not treated promptly can result in death.
