Chapter: Comic
Sometimes a set schedule is reassuring. You know what’s going to happen the next day. No surprises. Sometimes that same schedule can get you down. You know what’s going to happen the next day. No surprises.

“Okay, so how are we doing this today, any particular angle or style you’re going for? Maybe a low cut today?”
“Actually, can I get an ‘Anne Boleyn’? My sister said I wouldn’t be able to pull it off, so I want to surprise her.”
“Absolutely, wow, such a popular request. You’re like the third one this morning.”
*thwack*
Must be difficult to behead people without necks. Where there’s a will there’s a way, I suppose…
“You’ll be pleased to know that I’ll be uding a Teflon-coated blade for a smoother, less-irritating cut.”
Surprises are only good to me when I know the potential for them will only be fun ones.
I miss having a set schedule. It’s pretty stressful making plans in advance and keeping my fingers crossed that the scheduler will give me the days I requested.
