8 years before I was in her class, my calculus teacher got a drawing of herself from a student that wasn’t super flattering. She was very sweet about it, but once the student wasn’t in her class, she threw it away. Another student took it out of the trash and put it back up a few times, and eventually took a picture of the drawing and made them into pins and gave them to the whole class to wear. The parent of this student happened to be a former teacher of mine, and she told me this story when I was telling her about my new classes (we staid in touch and she moved to the high school I was at from the middle school), and so she got me one of the leftover pins and I wore it to class a few times.
You could also hide it behind the picture that’s already there!
