Chapter: Comic
I think Cap’n Crunch was the most painful cereal I ever tried. It used to be a common choice when I was a kid depending on what toy came inside. One day I suddenly realized I really didn’t like it and started choosing cereal I liked to eat over the toy that came inside.

I liked to eat a cereals that are made of little pillows filled with cinamon mix and chocolade and other stuff. until i realized every time I do, one piece scrapes the gum on one of my teeths just before I finish the bowl.
This. Except I’d prefer ice-cold water to dry cereal…
I loved Cap’n Crunch, but yeah, it had that one unfortunate side effect. Even with milk it would chew up the top of my mouth.
It’s a small price to pay for staying crunchy in milk.
New challenge: To eat 1 bowl of dry Cap’n Crunch after eating 1 hot-knife-through-butter-burger with knives.

Yep, that sums it up for me… I honestly have never understood the obsession with crunchy food. Why must every-god-damn-thing be super-fing-crunchy?! Captain Crunch, bread has to be toasted, hard pretzels, Ruffles potato chips with ridges to make them crunchier, and f-ing NUTS in EVERYTHING! Well into my teens I used to get those Drumsticks ice cream cones and stand over the garbage can for a full two minutes picking every single god-damned nut off of my wonderful ice-cream cone. 😀 Now I just buy different ice-cream. It’s more gratifying, but not as funny. 😛
They sell Drumsticks without nuts now.
You know, I always thought this was just me, and that I just had an unusually tender roof-of-mouth… There are other cereals and some crackers that I like that occasionally still give me problems. Sigh, food is so complicated.
You’re all a bunch of tender-palates!
I must admit, sir, this made me laugh out loud.
Why am I reading Biff but not this?
I don’t know! You should read all three of my comics every day!
I know I do! Part of this good breakfast!
When on travel, I’d get a jar of dry roasted peanuts and a box of (can’t recall the brand) cereal that was like rectangular little donuts, almost like cat kibble, and after a watch on console (science ops at Hunstville) I could zone out to TV with the two as a snack; use a small bowl, or you find you’ve finished the box!
I never got hurt by Captain Crunch
prednisone will do this : (
gotta find another medication so i dont bleed all over the place
