#218 – Nails

I wonder what life would be like if we had the lizard-like ability to regenerate our severed arms and legs. Would cannibalism be legal? There would be a certain group of people that made their living by selling a leg to an upscale restaurant every 6 months.

Today’s Biff doubles down.

At least we know now that we can literally pay an “arm and a leg” for lots of things.

The arm-can’t-reach-the-back thing– does that actually happen? To anyone who isn’t arthritic of paralyzed or something? Because I can give myself a good backscratch anytime, no problems.

So is that a regular thing? An inquiring mind wants to know!

It is a regular thing! Most of humanity is plagued by a small spot SOMEWHERE on their back that they just can’t reach, but by practicing, usually a person can increase their flexibility enough that they can cover their entire back themselves.

I used to be fine and flexible with 100% coverage, but then got frozen shoulder first one side, then the other. I recovered ages ago and can move my arms properly again, except they can’t… quite… reach… that… spot!

Every home should have at least 50 backscratchers placed randomly about the house. You should never be more than 10 feet from one.

    Buttscratchers are a different story.

    1. Cari says:

But if necessary, Peter Griffin can get one for you.

please tell me why I am suddenly picturing those hand-coathangers from “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”? Creepy.
