I’ve been having trouble with identifying the sensation of hunger lately. I’ll feel something in my belly and think “Hmm, perhaps I’ll have a snack.” but it doesn’t really help. Maybe I’m really just thirsty and should drink more. My workaround for a few days now is to wait until I actually hear my stomach grumbling. Okay then, I really am hungry now.
